Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear sir/Madam,

I have a quastion regarding ancestral partition, I am an Indian from a muslim family.

at the partition time my father ignore my elder brother and me and all the property registered on the other childrens name. we are total 7 ( four sons and 3 daughters) our father still alive.

In this case how do we claim for our share ?.
