Dear Sir,
We were having around 30 acres or land in my hometown in Tamilnadu. My father's elder brother was taking care of all the property after the expiry of my grand father. He sold most of the propery without consent of my father. Is there a way to get back the sold propery.
Note: my father has not signed anywhere for any sale of property
