Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
there is a disputed 1meter strip of land at the back of my house. i had erected made a boundary around it and its been 16 years now. The strip lies in between me and the neighbor (a dairy Man) who actually Illegally Occupied the land and now his matter is in court these days--he'll get it as he has lived long. but the stirp of land in between is neither his nor mine but i have window openings facing that side and now, as i have possessed it long since, it should be mine. What should I do??
Now i think i should grow some eucalyptus tree or something on that land---maybe i could own the tree and then claim that land in future if dispute arises. will this help in any case? does tree owners have an upper hand in court as trees and not allowed to be cut. how can i save that land. Please help.

Trees are owned by land owner and not by person who planted it.
