i am a divorcy women ,my inlaw is having the property of 50 lakhs .I have 2 kids at time of divorce .is there any right for me to claim the properties on behalf of my kids for the feature

divorce ends a relationship of husband and wife but the children have birth right in the ancestral property and even self acquired property of father provided he died intestate. you may claim the share for and on behalf of kids.

if ur children r minor they can claim maintenance bt in self acquired property of father and ur in laws property they can not get the share without their consent
