my elder sister(Teacher) got married in 1998.my parents expired one by one on 1999.one house in my fathers name.the patta was changed to my name with my sisters NOC.The NOC was handed over to town survey office and the patta was transfered to my name on 2002.But,now my sister torcher me to give share in that house.After 12 years she was eligible?I don't know what to do.My father was a Govt.Servant.After his death the DCRG & other benefits for Rs.6,00000/- was given to my sister by me and also a plot was sold and the amount given to my sister by me without any written paper.pls.tell me what i want to do if she go to court.I am 32 years male.

If your sister files a civil suit claiming her right, you may need all the evidences for what ever you have given to your sister. Wait for your turn.

You can not prevent anybody going from the Court.

After you have received copies of plaint and other documents, decide further course of action in consultation with your lawyer.
