I am elder son of my parents, my father is dead, he didn't make any will, this flat is in the name of my mother and 2nd name is of father , i am staying in this flat since 12.5 years and my mother and younger brother stays in other flat, i have paid my fathers bank loan. society taxes, maintainance, building repair exp. also paid by me. can i get adverse possession of this flat? because my mother doesn't ready to give me.
