Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
had entered into an agrrement with my builder for purachase of residential flat. The date of agreement is 1 sep, 2009. But the sales deed was made on 21 feb,2010. On that basis I had applied for housing loan from Axis Bank and my loan was sanctioned on 23 July,2010.Since then I have contacted my builder many times at his office and requested for registration of my Flat.But the Builders always say to wait for some time. In this situation what step should I take so that the registration takes place on time. Please reply ASAP as my future investment depends on this.The apartment is still under constuction stage ( about 40% complete)

do u mean that the sale deed has just been drafted and not yet registered?
