How can i evict people from my house?

my father had built a house on his inherited land 13 years ago.he has the

receipts of all work carried out. the tax for land/house is in his name.

he allowed his nephew to live there but because he is now abusive wants to

evict him. my father had paid the full amount of the money for the house

himself.the land initially was split between three brothers. one brother gave

his share of the land away in writing. the other brother's wife gave his share

of the land away.the wife because her husband passed away.

There is lot of information gap. However if the documents conferring title of your father are otherwise in order the eviction proceeding can be initiated under relevant law. A proper opinon can be only after perusing the relavent papers

The facts given by you are confusing. However, if your father has a clear title to his house, he can evict the occupier by initiating legal proceedings for such eviction, either under the rent control laws or under the transfer of property laws, which ever be applicable. A more detailed and cogent advice can be given after receipt of full facts.

The facts enumerated by you are not clear. However, if the Owner is equipped to prove his title, he can evict the mischief monger by following the due process of law.
