EWS is a sort of reservation for a specified purpose. It means a scheme for economically weaker section. The scheme can be implemented by owner also as per the norms laid down in this behalf by the Government and Local Authority.

ews means " Economically Weaker Section". Normally people living in the tribes are considered to be EWS and the Government allots lands for their living whereby they gets title to the property subject to certain conditions as laid down by the Government.
