Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father has 1 Acre agriculture land in Pune on his name from past 40 years. (we stay in mumbai) There is a old house which my Uncle had built in the farm before my father purchased the land from my grandfather. Now my uncle is no more & his sons are extending that house & recently built a toilet attached to the house on that land without my father's permission. Does they have right to do so ? Where to complain about it? & how ?

They have no right on your fathers land. File a suit for possession before court and get the land vacated.

You are not clear about why in the first place you had allowed your uncle and his children to stay in the house. Explain the same to get proper opinion otherwise the opinions given without that will only complicate the matter.
