Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father built house in Nagpur which is in mother�s name. He died 10 years back. My Mother gets fathers pension. My brother and mother did required house finishing 8 years back. He got married 3 years back. Since then his wife behave badly with my mother and poised my brother�s mind. If my mother utters any word his wife starts quarrelling loudly and uses filthy language for her. Brother takes his wife�s side and refuse to talk with mother. This is going on since last 3 years. Last week she again started quarrel and demanded my brother she wants to separate. They started living and cooking separately in the bedroom (this room is part of our entire house) which is given to live after their marriage. My mother asked him to leave her home if he wants to live separately. But he refused and his wife says we will not leave and stay here only as this is built by father-in-law and her husband is son. There is no financial and moral support from brother to mother. My queries are 1) my mother wants to make a will. Please guide the procedure. 2) My mother does not want to see, hear, and speak with them. How to tell and make them leave her house? 3) Does my brother have legal rights to stay here against mother�s wish?
