Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi, My father got expired last month. He was working with my grand father on his shop. I am not even adult (<18). My Grandfather don't want my mother & me to stay in his home any more. Do I have any right to protect me & my mother from this & Do I have any right on my Grandfather's property.

Please advice my concerns

the facts seems to be incomplete. It is to be seen in whose name the shop is and in whose name the business is. if both are in grandfather's name and also the home, you do not have any share or right and you will be at his love and affection.
