My father had gifted a property to my elder brother in 2002 thru a unconditional registred gift deed.
In 2009, My elder brother alongwith his other heirs, his wife & two children were killed in a road accident. Even our mother was killed in the same accident. My father has been decalred as the legal heir by tahasildar of the taluk thru proper investgation. Question is whether my father now can revoke his gift deed given to my brother as he & his other heirs are no more alive.

Since he is the legal heir, the property will revert back to him; there is no need to revoke the gift deed.
