Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
our father has gifted me my sister n brother his housse. he had bestowed it on us via deed of gift the three floors belonging to three of us. mutation had been done n we paid taxes separately. later due to maintenance problem we handed over the house to a promoter. now we own three separate flats in the building promoted.since we are the original owners do we have to do registration or do we mutate directly.

Depends on nature of common body of flats/units and local law governing the same.
