my father made will in the year 1999 of property. 50% my mother and 50% on me. after his death, we have not trnasfered the property. now my mother is expired. i have one brother. please advise following
1) how to register the property
2) what is the share to be given brother as per will
3) what are the expense involved in this whole procedures.
