Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father had purchased a property as a GPA holder in Bangalore many years ago. He expired a few months back. Along with the GPA (irrevocable), there is also an affidavit (attested by notary) that mentions the monetary transaction and a sale agreement. How do we proceed and register it in my mother's name?

you need to show your documents to a property lawyer in Bangalore and he would suggest the future course of action. it needs to be seen whether GPA is accepted as a title document along with sale agreement and affidavit.
