My father purchased property in 1989 from his income/savings. The said property was registered in my mother's name. This property will it be called self acquired property for my mother. My father expired in 2005 without making any will. Do the sons (3) have legal right in the property ?

The mother is the absolute owner of this property . You have no share or right in it.
