my father has taking two marriage.After first marriage our first mother has born one son.and after second marrige our real mother has borned 4 childrens.our father distributed his property for his elder son by court in 1999.but after that he has disturbed us time to time and abusing our father its very pain ful for us.what i can do.he want to take more property.

during the life time of father, no one has any right. it would depend upon father whether or not to give

Your question is not very clear. If someone is bothering your father unduly, he may lodge appropriate complaint with the police.
