Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

. My father-in-law had one acer of land given to him by state govt. on lease for 99 years to do timber/ saw mill business only.

I have constructed 2 storey house on a small portion (on approx. 200 sq meter)out of the total 4000 sq. meter.

What will be my legal standing/ claim on that house. Can i be removed by sons of my father in law.
