where flat has been purchased by husband from his earned income but it was registered in the name of her wife. Can wife sell the property without husband permisison, and in such case whether husband can get stay order from court to dispute on such poperty (here property docs has been kept by husband in his custody and wife want to file divorse case in court )

the case falls in exception in benami law. the husband may stop wife from selling the property by getting a restrain order or injunction
