Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My grand father bought 7 guntas of land from CHURCH OF SOUTH INDIA in 1960 for RS. 45.

due to ignorance he did not get that land registered. He had 6 daughters and 1 son my father.

All of them got married and well settled.

After the death of my grandfather my father also did not got that land registered in his name thinking that he is the only son.

now he gift deeded that land into two equal parts to me and elder brother without any disputes.

We dont have my grand fathers death certificate and legal heir certificate.

does my fathers sisters have the right on this land?

do we have to take their censent for taking legal heir certificate.
