My grand Father mentioned name of my father and uncle as a nominee (7/12 Paper) in the property located at native place, at that time girls were not having right in Father's Property. My Grand Father is no more he was died 30-35 yrs. back. Now my Aunty is asking for her share in Property. Is my father and uncle have to give her share as per new law? is she can file a case if they deny to give her share? kindly guide.
