Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my grand father had purchase an industrial premise area-800sqft,locality-vikhroli(w),after death of grandfather,was transfered in name of four brothers.now am willing 2 buy the same property from three brothers,does it require 2 pay stamp duty & registration.
