My grandfather expired without leaving behind any will of his own, and hence, all the urban property now has come to 3 sons and 1 daughter. The daughter wants to relinquish her share in favour of all 3 sons. How can this be done with minimum payment of taxes??

She has to execute a Relinquishment Deed in favour of her 3 brothers in equal share and get the same document registered.
