Right for grandson on Grandfather's property. As im the grandson of my grandfather, who had left an property without any WILL or anything. Know im 32yrs, can i ask for my partion in my grandfather property with my father and his brothers.

yes, you can ask for partition by filing a suit and also seek a stay against the property.
