Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hello,
My uncle obtained a power of attorney stating that my grandfather is mentally ill. He was paralyzed. Due to heart attack he is dead. So does my uncle has the power to sell the whole land on the basis of power of attorney obtained from my grandfather, who is now dead?
If yes then what action can be taken, as things were done forcefully?
