Hellow Sir,
I am a typewriter i m in problem and my problem is
My party book a flat and registred a Agreement for Sale in Registrar Office his short name like ( Mr. P . L . GURU ) thenafter at the time of Sale Deed he says that u write my full name in this deed like (Mr. PREMCHAND LAXMICHAND GURU) now i write this name in Sale Deed?
(1) Any problem in feture?
(2) it is necessary to write this name who mention in Agreement for Sale?
(3) I write full name in sale deed and registered this deed?

You can write his short name followed by full name in the paranthesis and add a short commentary in the deed explaining the name.
