what are the document required to purchase a pagdi flat.
Mhada registration documents,stamp duty papers, ownership papers and rent receipt?
are all the above required?

Hi,
The important documents which are required are correctly specified by you, but with that you need approval letter from Landlord of the said Building, and also placing your name on the Tenants list at the Landlord's end, about the transfer of the tenancy cum ownership right from old tenant to new tenant.
