Hi,

Iam sheha, my question is that i have recently take a commercial premise of 1000sq.ft and i have paid full payment to builder, after that registry was also successfully done but after six months builder is demanded that you don�t have possession letter so you to vacant the premises as because his employee who is in sales and through him the entire deal was done but when the company people done the audit they came to know the employee has done a blunder in accounts.

So my main question is that after registration of the property still possession letter is required.

Possession letter is not a mandatory document. If you in actual possession of a premises under a duly registered document, continue to possess and enjoy the premises.

In case you are threatened to be dispossessed by the builder, take suitable legal recourse, including filing appropriate suit in the court of competent jurisdiction as also suitable other legal actions like reporting matter to police.
