Hi,my mothers grandmother has field land in andhrapradesh. It is a waste land i.e no cultivation land.
They paid taxes up to 1990. As it is waste land nobody will cultivate in that area. It was also not divided among sibblings. We dont have the original documents and we know the survey no.With that we searched in apland website.In that my mothers grandmothers name is there as owner in adangal and pahani but sombodies name is there as enjoyer. And in EC also the land is registered on others name nearly 75 members. Now also the land is empty and no cultivation. We asked concerned MRO but he is said to procede through court.We applied for Nakal documents but no one is giving right info.
Please suggest how to follow.

if you have already applied for the copies of the documents, please get them. In case they are not supplied to you, you may apply them through RTI.
Since Fard adangal contains your great grandmother as owner, you will have to apply for substitution of present legal heirs name with death certificate etc.
