Can 1 heir out of 4 apply for above

cert alone when father dies

intestate and pay court fee @ 1/4?

Who grants it? What is the time

frame? What is the max court fee

payable? After getting cert., how

does he get his share?

Your statement is incomplete in many respects.A suit may be filed seeking declaration of ownership and partition of property by impleading the other three owners as defendants. You may want to engage a local lawyer for pursuing your remedies.
