Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am member of hsg. society in Pimpri, Pune and want to selling my flat. My society is registered with valid registration certificate, but so far sale deed has not been done by builder. The society promotor is builder. I wanted to have NOC from the society in regards to sale of my flat. However, being in a stage as said above, the secretary is confused whether to be issued by society or builder.
Can you give me an advice in this case or suggest somebody who can advice me.

If a society is formed, it can given NOC for transfer of membership.

You may ask the buyer to seek appropriate advice from a local lawyer so that he get a valid title from you.
