my husband has taken a flat but it is registered in his as well as his father's name,can my husband's siblings fight for a share in this flat and how can we transfer it to my husband's n my name

yes. if father is alive get gift deed executed in husbands name of fathers share

your husband has to prove that the flat was purchased out of funds provided by him and not by his father.
