My husband Sri R. Mohan expired on 02-03-2009. He is BSNL employee. While he is working he made a nominee in favour of me in recieving all the benefits. accordingly I recieved all the benefits. Now his mother is claiming 25% of share out of the terminal benefits and LIC amount from me. My mother -in-law is having (2) another sons who are employees and (3) married daughters who are also employees. she is not wholly dependent on us. whether she is eligible for share, if eligible what is the share of her?
