Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i come from an Indian Hindu family, my paternal grandfather and father are deceased. my father passed away before my paternal grandfather did. according to my paternal grandfather's will, my sister and i ( both females) are sole inheritors of his assets. when we were minor we were in the custody of our mother, and also according to the will my paternal grandmother could live in the house as long as she wishes. i have a paternal aunt, who is married, she is left with a portion of land in her name according to the will.

in the above stated circumstances, does my paternal aunt have any rights over the property (excluding the land in her name). if we sell the property with our paternal grandmother's concent, what are the rights of my mother, my paternal grandmother, my paternal aunt, her husband and sons and of my sister and mine
