Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am from Karanataka State, India. We are 2 Brothers & 3 maried sisters and all married before 2003. We have 2 immovable properties of our Father (both Father & Mother are no more living). We would like to know in detail what exactly the latest Law says as per HUF?.

you all are equally entitled to share in the property.

the property will always remain the joint property of HUF. One brother, the head, will be considered as Karta and allother including sisters will be the coparcners (members) of the HUF. Property may be sold only for the benefit of HUF and not otherwise.
