Can the Karta of HUF sell a property, that was bought by the Karta as a HUF property, with the consent of the members of the HUF?

only in certain circumstances can the karta sell the joint property and the funds obtained from sale have to be for the benefit of HUF and cannot be misappropriated by the karta.
