i lease a shop from last 40 years and the landlord of the shop is asking me to pay me 50% of the market value otherwise he will file a case against me in the court to get the shop in his hand
what should i do?
i don't have that much money aswell

You may negotiate with the landlord for an increase in the rent so that he does not file a case for your eviction.
