we live in ancestral house in Patna,Bihar. the registration of the house is in name of my late grandfather and the taxes which are being paid in his name only. my father and my uncle are living separately in same house in different blocks (like a ad-hoc arrangement).that is they have not separated legally.We want to separate legally with partition of the property,but my uncle is not cooperating.He has got all the papers of the house as well as tax receipts with him. What are the legal option available to us.? I will be extremely thankful to you for your guidance.

You need to file a suit for partition, if it is not working out with a voluntary partition deed.
