Can NRIs inherit agricultural property via living trust? Is there any taxattion for creating living trust instead of a will?

What is meant by Living Trust?

Inheritance is governed by personal law of succession in India and generally happen in favour of legal heirs.

In case of a Will, persons named in the Will are legal heirs. In case of person not leaving any Will, legal heirs would be according to personal law of succession.
