Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Maharashtra Co-operative Housing Society Rules

Our society does not convean AGM every year. They conduct the AGM as they wish. This year they called for AGM on Feb. 15th. In the AGM, if the memembers don't agree certain points and the vote on accounts defeated, what will be next course of action? Whether the audited accounts submitted will be null and void and the chair has to call upon one more AGM to pass the resolution with amendments.
