Mam/Sir., I require a performa of Amenities agreement which has to be signed between developer & flat purchaser. This is in regarding to purchase of open terrace which has been issued by developer to adjacent flat owner. And this agreement has to be notarized within the byelaws of Maharashtra Acts.
