what is the meaning of matrimony house?Do a daughter in law have right to claim on matrimony house
as If a bride staying in the house since the day when she got marry to their son & living continuously till date? House belongs to father in law self earned property.

she does not having ownership rights but she can stay there by obtaining residence orders being her shared household.

Even the share household has to be in husband's name. If the house is in father in law name and is his self acquired property, you may not have right of residence in that house.
