My mother had 4 brothers but among them 2 has died. The Property of my grand fathers has shared between for them except for my mother. Now one property has left(My Grandpa's) and the 2 brothers have decided to give to my mother but 2 died brothers wife's are not ready to sign the papers. Can please suggest me on this how to go ahead?
