Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I and my mother are US citizen.We have a pagri house in Mumbai city. The rent receipt is in the name of my grand father. I have a married foi (fathers sister78-80 years old mariried in 1964 ) and one uncle who stays in his owned house since 1976. My younger brother stays there with his family. can me and my mother claim right in this house? Do my uncle and foi has any claim in this house? my father expired long ago.
