Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My mother's brother is having house property constructed(30 years before) by demolishing old house which was common for them before her marriage. At present my grandfather and my mother is dead.Grandfather has not left any will distributing rights to the house property amongst his children.The property falls in Grampanchayat area & taxation receipt(Gharpatti) is in name of mother's brother.Prior to that property was not registered anywhere.How can i claim right to such property?
