we all the three owners (siblings) are likely to get register partition deed (PD) with the sub registrar office, Delhi. All of us want the original reg PD can it be possible to get the same from registrar office in original by all of them and if yes then what is its procedure. thanks

You can print 3 copies of the Deed and submit to the Registrar at the time of registration. The Registrar will register the same and put the seal in all the 3 copies and give it back. But the first copy having the stamp value for the Partition Deed will be with the one you decide and you can mention that such a copy is with the first of you as agreed upon between you all.
