If the ownership perfected?
My parents have been in occupation & possession of the house openly , hostilely, unintereptedly & ADVERSLY FOR more than 25 years before their death. now I M IN POSSESSION OF THE SAME continuously since 4years after the death of my father. Wheather my PARENTS OR I become the owner by way of adverse possession?

Against whom you are claiming? It is not applicable between co-owners.
