we are planning to register a property on a conditional sale deed basis with post dated chques in karnataka. what are the legal and ownership implications on the buyer if the said cheque is bounced or cancelled after the conditional registration?

the sale deed will be without consideration and cannot be validated. in fact the sale deed can be declared null and void
