Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
There is one property in the name of my deceased father and we are six brothers and five sisters.Totally there are 12 legal heirs to him including my mother. We six brothers and my mother gave this property to five sisters through executed a release deed and registered it. In this deed we show that we received some small amount for it. Now one my major son object this release deed and threaten me that he will file a suit against this release deed by saying that the grand sons permission should need for release.
I need clarification that can a grand son file a suit against this release?

Anybody may file a suit.
However, for merits and other aspects of such a suit, you need to consult your lawyer with all details and documents.
